Grid Bits

Create art together!

Grid Bits offers a fun and creative way to bring value to an NFT artwork by working together. Users collaborate on a shared canvas to create pixel-art, which then is received by one of the participants.

The canvas

Where the magic happens

Draw pixels (Bits) on the canvas (Grid) and chat with other participants. Together you can create a big work of pixel-art. After all available Bits are placed, a winner is randomly chosen. The winner can then receive the finished artwork by minting the NFT (Non Fungible Token).

Where the magic happens

Why?

Many artworks (and NFTs) are valued because they have been created by popular artists.

On the Grid Bits canvas however, many people join to create a work of art. Together you can create value by cooperating and creating an NFT which means something to a lot of people.

When the canvas is full drawn/filled with Bits, the Grid is finalised after ten minutes. One lucky participant will then receive the finished piece in the form of a mintable NFT (Non Fungible Token).
After a Grid is finished, the canvas is cleared and the next piece is ready to be made! All previous Grids can be viewed at the All Grids page, where the winners are also displayed.
A winner is chosen randomly from all the users that have an actively placed (not overwritten) Bit on the canvas at the time of completion!
The Grid will show up on your profile page, where it can be minted for the price of 0.03 ETH + current Gas fees. Only you can mint this particular Grid token!
The preferred marketplace for Grid Bits tokens is Opensea.io! Only trust Grid Bits collections that are created by the Official Grid Bits account!
A Grids size can be anywhere from 10x10 to 200x200 pixels. Some dimensions are more rare then others. So the size of the canvas is a trait for the Grid token on marketplaces, which influences the rarity and also the looks of the Grid (since the amount of pixels of the Artwork varies).
